Client Instructions for Salon Safety

One - Virtual Check in

Upon arrival please wait in your car until you are called by your stylist to come in. Please come alone to your appointment. No children, friends or pets.

Two - Mask at ALL times

Masks are required at all times. We will have some available for purchase if you do not have one. All stylist will be wearing one as well.

Three - Sanitize & Temp Check

Please wash your hands upon entering salon. We will be doing temperature checks at the door, if 100 degrees or more you will have to reschedule your appointment. All stylist stations will have sanitizer. We will be carrying out strict disinfectant & sanitation measures during your appointment and throughout the day to keep everyone safe and healthy.

Four - Refreshments

We are unable to offer drinks or magazines at this time. Please feel free to bring your own. If you do so you will be responsible for disposing of your trash outside of the salon.

Five- Last but not Least

While we get into the swing of the new norm, please keep in mind the salon will be working at a limited capacity. If you are feeling SICK or have been in contact with someone that has had COVID 19, PLEASE RESCHEDULE. Our #1 goal is to keep our clients and employees safe! Please respect these guidelines and let us know if you have any questions or concerns.

Cancellation Policy

Your appointments are very important to us here at Waylon. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary. Please read our newly updated cancellation/no show policy below. Because we have reserved this time especially for you, we respectfully request at least 48 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments.  Late cancellations/missed appointments will be subject to a $150 fee. This fee will be charged to the credit card you have on file with Waylon. All guests who cancel within the 48 hr of service or whom “no call/no show” to any appointment without a credit card on file will be required to leave a 50% service fee before rebooking a future appointment. Children policy

Children are not permitted in the salon. For safety reasons and insurance purposes, we are unable to have children in the salon during an appointment. We do not want to compromise you and our other guests’ experience and kindly ask that you make your child care arrangements prior to your scheduled appointment. We do not have the facilities to care for children and will not provide child supervision. We cannot assure their safety in a professional environment. You deserve our full attention and focus, as well as allow our other guests to relax and enjoy their visit. Thank you for understanding and supporting our policies.
